Council & Committees

  • State Council

    It is the supreme body of the State Association. It looks, examines all the proposals passed by different committees and Headquarter Officials if necessary pass it after altering/ amending it, send it back for re-evaluation or reject the proposal(s) by majority.
    The Council is chaired by the President of the State Association.

    The State Council consists of:-

    1. Hon’ble Volunteer Post Holders
    2. Ex- Officio members
    3. Trainers (LT, ALT) holding Valid Honourable charges
    4. Representatives of Different types of members
    5. State Ex-Officio Professionals
    6 Representatives from all the districts

  • State Finance Committee

    "State Finance Committee is chaired by the State Treasurer.

    The State Finance Committee consists of:

    1. State Ex- Officio
    2. 05 Elected Representative

  • State Executive Committee

    The planning committee is chaired by the State Chief Commissioner.

    The State Planning Committee consists of:

    3. Trainer representative
    4. Members representative

  • State Adult Resources Management Committee

    The State Commissioner Scouts (Adult Resources) or State Commissioner Guides (Adult Resources) Senior by Experience shall be the Chairperson of the Committee

    1. Nominated Ex-Officio
    2. Ex- officio

  • State Programme Committee

  • State Commissioner of any wing senior by Experience shall be the Chairperson of the State Program Committee.

    The State Programme Committee shall Consists of:

    2) District Ex Officio
    3) 02 Youth Representatives

  • State Training Committee

  • State Training Commissioner (Adult Resources) Senior by age shall be the Chairperson of the State Training Committee.

    The State Training Committee shall consists of:
    1) State Ex Officio
    2) District Ex Officio
    3) 02 Youth Representative

  • State Youth Committee

    The Chairperson of the State Youth Committee shall be nominated by the State Chief Commissioner

    The State Youth Committee shall consist of:
    1) Chairperson and Co-Chairperson of the District Youth Committee of all the Districts of the Uttarakhand State.

  • Vishakha Committee (State Headquarter)

    The Vishakha Guidelines were a set of procedural guidelines for use in India in cases of sexual harassment. They were promulgated by the Indian Supreme Court in 1997 and were superseded in 2013 by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
